Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal payments.
 
Return Policy
ShopChimney.com has a 30 days return policy. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Returns may incur a restocking fee of 20% or more, depending on the department. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a larger restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted.
Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, or more. If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.
Select DuraVent items may be ineligible for returns if backordered.
 
 
Grills and Gas Products
Customer is responsible for checking gas type (natural or propane) order upon receipt of order. Installed products can not be returned!
 
Professional Products Warranty
M&G DuraVent provides no warranty for the following professional products if such products are not installed by a trained professional installer: DuraTech®, DuraPlus HTC®, DuraChimney® II, PelletVent Pro®, DirectVent Pro®, FasNSeal®, FasNSeal® W2, FasNSeal® Flex, and PolyPro®, and M&G DuraVent’s relining products including DuraLiner®, DuraFlex® (SW, Pro, 316, 304), and Ventinox®.
Lifetime Brand Chimney Liners provides no warranty for their products if they are not installed by a trained professional installer.
 
Cancellation Policy
We do not cancel orders preship at this time. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy below allows) for a refund. Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including a return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
 
Delivery and Damaged Shipments
1. Installed items may not be returned.
2. All item must be opened and fully inspected before signing for delivery. Damages must be noted on the delivery receipt or damage claim will be denied. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt for deliveries not requiring signature or claims will be denied by carrier.
3. Restocking fees can range between 10% and 50% depending on the item. Please email us the item sku to find out your restocking fee.
4. If we approve a return due to buyers remorse, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
 
Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are due to computer errors or data corruption.
