If you're insulating RoundFlex, there will be a little trimming, but there will be a lot less waste. HomeSaver insulation kits come with 1/2" insulation, which means you only have to use a single wrap of insulation on the pipe.
Note: FlexWrap is an Alkaline Earth Silicate wool with less bio persistence. Its particles dissolve quickly in the body; thus, they pose a significantly reduced health risk. However, we do recommend a respirator be worn when using this product. HomeSaver Foil-Face FlexWrap is suitable not only for HomeSaver use but also with Ventinox VG, Ventinox VFT, DuraFlex SW, and DuraFlex.
