The Bayou Classic 10 Gallon Stainless Steel Stock Pot, Spigot and Basket is unlike our other stainless steel stock pots with spigots. The Bayou Classic 10 Gallon Stainless Steel Stock Pot with Spigot and Basket has a rim at the top for hanging the basket for steaming. Our other stainless steel pots with spigots have a lower side indentation for supporting steam trays and false bottoms. Many of our guys use this type stainless pot with spigot for boiling, frying and steaming. The spigot is detachable for thorough cleaning.
