Flavor your meat with charcoal and smoking wood chips. We recommend Hickory or Mesquite for red meat and chicken. Alder goes well with fish, and Apple is delicious with pork.
Can't say enough good about these. Does exactly what it should, and is affordable.
Tip: One biscuit will do the trick. But when you have company, use 2 biscuits. Makes the fire more spread out and impressive looking. :)
