This original factory equipment Empire FBB5 is a single-speed blower fan kit that is controlled via an automatic thermostat sensor. The thermostat switch attaches easily to the fireplace's supplied mounting bracket, which is located on the underside ceiling of the firebox. Used in several universal fireboxes from Empire, American Hearth, Vantage Hearth and White Mountain Hearth. Power cord and automatic thermostat are included. Some assembly may be required, but manufacturer installation instructions can be found in the documents section below and will be included with the fan kit.
