These reusable steel forms work great on all masonry chimneys. Heat-Fab straight-sided crown form is 5in deep. You can create crowns from 10in X 10in clear up to 92in X 92in. Select the appropriate sections slide them together adjust to the chimney dimensions and place on the chimney. Then pour in your crown mixture and allow it to cure.
