This partial fork kit contains: 2 double chrome coated forks, 1 double chrome coated spit rod bushing, 1 double chrome coated spit rod counterbalance weight, 1 double chrome coated locking washer, 1 premium insulated handle, and 1 three piece double chrome universal bracket set. All components are designed to fit 5/16 square inch spits. These rotisserie spit forks are designed to outperform and outlast all other comparable rotisserie forks available. Durability and longevity are not a problem for this fork set. Heavy gauge steel double coated with food safe chrome ensures easy cleanup and strong performance. With superior tapered points rather than the "clipped" style available on the market, sharp edges and chrome chipping is eliminated. Additionally, with smooth tapered points insertion and removal of food is easy and provides less damage to delicate mediums. With a unique offset design and multi-depth tines, these forks are suited for most any cooking medium. With a staked fork fastening rather than spot welding the tines will never come loose from the fully machined hub. Thumb screw fasteners allows easy and secure fastening to your spit rod without the need for tools. Bushing includes set screw placement for easy adjustability along the length of the spit rod. With included counterbalance system you can easily adjust the weight profile of your spit with the tool-less sliding counterbalance.
