Unicel FG-3015 DE Grid for Sta-Rite System S7D75 & S8D110 center port is part of the FG-3000 Rectangular DE Grids with Top Exit Port series of Unicel. This DE Grid uses DE or Diatomaceous Earth powder for filtering. This diatomaceous earth is a sedimentary rock composed of chemically inert and fossilized remains of billions of microscopic algae-like organisms, called diatoms which are so fine and has the ability to absorb or filter impurities of water down to 3 - 5 microns.
