Description

The Waterco Opal XL Filter C270 Sqft 3.5bar is constructed from high impact polypropylene and designed for easy maintenance. An Opal XL cartridge filter houses a large filter cartridge to maximize its dirt holding capacity and minimize filter maintenance, leading to significant water savings. With solid one-piece molded polymer tank, it has a low profile for easy cartridge removal and inconspicuous enclosure. It also features a screw-down lid and requires no clamps or tools for simple cartridge removal and replacement. 2-inch inlet and outlet ports for maximum flow and minimum backpressure is also part of its design. Its extra-large filter cartridge is fabricated from pleated reusable polyester fabric. Opal 270 has a larger size cartridge that has been pleated to provide 270 square feet of surface area maximizing its dirt holding capacity and minimizing filter maintenance. With 134 GPM maximum flow rate, Opal 270 has a 50 psi working pressure and also recommended for pools with a maximum pool size of 183,600 liters.
